Job Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads with a focus on generating leads, calls, and conversions.
This role is perfect for someone who understands real business results, not just impressions and likes.
Responsibilities:
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube if needed)
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and events
Do keyword research and audience targeting
Write ad copy and suggest creatives
Optimize campaigns regularly (CPC, CPA, ROAS improvement)
A/B testing of ads, headlines, and audiences
Provide weekly performance reports
Suggest scaling strategies for performing campaigns
Required Skills:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Google & Meta Ads
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
Experience with local business ads (real estate, shops, services is a plus.
Knowledge of conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
Ability to reduce cost per lead
Data-driven mindset
Good to Have:
Landing page optimization knowledge
Basic design sense (to guide creatives)
Experience managing multiple ad accounts
