Turn the visitors you already have into leads and sales.
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) turns the visitors you already have into leads and sales. GreatInflux starts with analytics and heatmap analysis to find where people drop off, then runs prioritised A/B tests on headlines, forms, page speed, offers and layout, measuring lift against a baseline. Setup is a flat fee, and each test is reported with its result and the revenue it added.

What is CRO Marketing?
CRO stands for Conversion Rate Optimization. CRO marketing is a useful service designed to increase the percentage of visitors taking a desired action on your website. Actions could be making a phone call, making a purchase, subscribing to a newsletter, or submitting their information as a lead. Conversion Rate Optimization goals are set to help maximize your specific business goals.
A key aspect of CRO marketing is continuous testing. By experimenting with different headlines, images, and call-to-action buttons, marketers can identify what resonates most with their audience. Even small changes can lead to significant improvements in conversion rates.

Conversion Rate Optimization FAQ
Is CRO the Same as SEO?
While CRO is not the same thing as SEO, they work together well to make a website successful. SEO works on getting organic traffic to your website. CRO helps to convert those customers into performing a desired action on your website like making a purchase.
Before your customers can make a decision, they first need to be able to find it online when they search for the needed product or service. GreatInflux’s organic SEO services can help your business website be found organically high in search engines.
What is a Good Sales Conversion Rate?
Anywhere around 10% is considered a good sales conversion rate. While the average conversion rate amongst businesses is around 2.5% to 3%, current sales conversion rates tend to be somewhere less than 10%.
What is a Good Ecommerce Conversion Rate?
An average ecommerce conversion rate would be measured around 2.5% to 3%. Even when everything is going as planned within your CRO strategy, you can still expect to gain a desired action around 2-3% of the time. Your e-commerce business should aim at having a 3%+ conversion rate as a baseline goal.
How Do You Calculate Conversion Rates?
To calculate the conversion rate, you start by dividing the number of conversions by the number of visitors you have. You take that and multiply it by 100. The result is your conversion rate.
What are the Challenges with CRO Testing?
While conversion rate optimization (CRO) has multiple benefits, it also has limitations. Here are a few:
CRO Doesn’t Paint the Full Picture: While getting a conversion rate helps build a strong strategy, it won’t tell you everything you need to know about your customers and website performance. When individuals hyper-focus on getting quick CRO results, they sometimes lose sight of seeing WHY users do or do not convert. Be sure to go beyond CRO to understand the user’s thoughts, actions, behaviors, and more to solve their problems.
Higher Conversion Rates Don’t Necessarily Mean Higher Revenue: It’s important to know that your conversion rate doesn’t tell you the number of conversions. It tells you the percentage of visitors who accomplish a desired action on your site. With this in mind, this doesn’t automatically mean that an increase in conversion rates equals an automatic increase in revenue.
Every Customer is Unique: While your business probably has a target or desired audience, it’s important to recognize that every customer is different. What works for one customer may not work for another with the same interests. Be sure to optimize your website for the highest number of users possible.
Do You Need a Certain Amount of Website Visitors for CRO Testing?
Yes. You do need a certain amount of website visitors to be able to conduct CRO testing. Having a small number of website visitors can end up not drawing the best conclusions about customer behaviors. It is recommended that having a minimum of 5,000 visitors per week on a website page will be enough to get the CRO results you need. 5,000 visitors isn’t a requirement for CRO, but more data means better hypothesis testing, which can bring better results.
